Ansar and VDP's responsibility
(1) Help law enforcement agencies to protect country's law and order.

(2) Assist the defense forces to protect the country's independence.

(3) Help the common people during natural disaster.

(4) Supporting national development and socio-economic work in government directives.

(5) Assist the country's civil administration.

Assist the police force to maintain law and order. For example: National and local elections, selection and recruitment of Ansar and VDP qualified for Durgapujya.
To provide trainee training in the departmental training course to provide various job-based training according to the qualifications of Platoon members / members in the socio-economic development.
For the selection and training of trainees qualified for different job based training including sewing, air conditioner, refrigerator, electrician, basic computer, motor driving repair, mobile phone set repair, welding sweater knitting, poultry nursery and fishery farming, send them in various training centers in different centers.
